COVID-19: New safe-distancing measures needed to restart construction in Singapore
Contractors in Singapore must implement a range of new measures to ensure safe-distancing among their workers before they are allowed to restart work, National Development Minister Lawrence Wong said in a news conference on Friday (May 15). He added that authorities are working to identify a few projects, involving 20,000 more workers, that would be able to resume work in early June after the circuit-breaker period is over.
