Rwanda: COVID-19 cases rise despite lockdown

The number of infections continues to rise in Rwanda - despite the government ordering a total lockdown eighteen (21 March) days ago. Health workers say they have enough medical supplies and ventilators for those who may need critical care. But many governments in Africa, are struggling to keep up with the amount of testing required to measure the extent of the outbreak. Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports.
